B | 预计11月1日开栓供暖之际,清洁、优质的热源将源源不断地进入供热区域,全力以赴为抚顺市民提供高品质、稳定的供热供电保障。 卸煤储煤不停歇 10月11日,记者在抚矿中机热电公司储煤场看到,往来车辆鱼贯进出,一车车煤炭有序翻卸到指定地点。“现在每天进煤都在8000吨左右,工作人员24小时在岗,确保煤炭随时来,随时能够卸下。”燃运部相关负责人说,为保证今冬供热,公司密切关注煤炭市场变化,积极筹备燃料调运储备,合理确定采购最高限价和库存目标,充分发挥长协煤“压舱石”作用,成立了电煤订货“工作专班”,上下动员跑市场、寻煤源、调结构,加强与省内各煤矿协调、到矿蹲点催交催运,加班加点接卸到厂,日进煤量连创历史新高。目前,燃煤储备已达15万吨,可供机组安全运行20余天,超前完成了冬储目标。 抢先抓早忙检修 据了解,上一个采暖期结束后,抚矿中机热电公司便组织开展了二号机组A级检修和一号机组C级检修工作,全面提升机组运行的安全性和稳定性。同时,对热泵、电极炉,以及中继泵站的循环泵等供暖设备进行了全面解体检查。为确保安全高效完成检修任务,专门成立了启停试运、安健环管理、物资保障、后勤保卫、宣传报道以及质量监督管理组,切实将责任落实到人。
C | 检修前期,相关人员排定了所有项目的检修工期,并在开工前进行了安全交底。开工后,每天利用班前会时间,有序安排当日检修工作。
D | 检修现场则实行标准化管理,各个专业认真履行检修职责,分工有序,目标明确,积极消除缺陷,有序推进检修工作进程。
E | 定检定修保运行 检修期间,抚矿中机热电公司秉持“应修必修、修必修好”的原则,全面检查锅炉受热面,更换磨损管束共计67根,并实施了较大面积的浇注料修复、格栅防磨措施,更新了两台板式换热器,有效提升供热效率。大力开展定检定修,提早完成一号机组临检任务,有效处理影响机组安全经济运行的缺陷;圆满完成二号机组投运以来首次A级检修,涵盖锅炉受热面检查换管、汽机消缺及发电机大修等320个标准检修项目,同时积极响应国家节能减排号召,同步进行了通流改造,各项指标得到全面提升。
F | 目前,两台机组均已完成通流改造,在机组满负荷状态下可降低发电煤耗约8克/千瓦时,实现了提质增效。 提高质效做实功 秉持“抓经济运行,就要抓各种经济小指标”这一工作思路,抚矿中机热电公司专门成立了经济运行小组,抓住关键人,抓住关键设备,坚持从源头入手,每日对大、小指标进行跟踪、分析、研判、调整;每月开展经济活动分析,对生产运行和各项指标进行复盘分析,制定有效措施,持续优化各项指标,有效提高机组运行质量。坚持多方施策,严控燃煤成本,依据负荷情况制定入炉煤热值细化方案,大力推行煤场安全质量标准化,严格控制煤场出入库和质量管理,合理调配燃煤结构,采取燃料边入厂边搭配的方式,以达到不同热值、灰分、干湿程度的燃料“混搭”,优化入炉煤的品质,为锅炉提供适路对口的“口粮”,确保锅炉低成本、高效能科学运转。
